“Information pours upon us , instantaneously and continuously. As soon as information is acquired, it is very rapidly replaced by still newer information”(McLuhan, Fiore and Agel, 2008) We live in a society with overexposure and an excessive input of information, more than we are prepared to process physically or mentally. This project represents my personal experience with information overload divided in three sections: world problems anxiety, social media and my daily routine; with the purpose of creating awareness about the information overload we are exposed to and hopefully start questioning the type of information that is being consumed as well as trying to find ways of how to manage it.
